Cadillac’s latest is a three-row crossover designed to coddle the whole family. “The XT6 is designed to make every seat the best seat in the house,” said Steve Carlisle, Cadillac president.
Passenger room is generous in every row, and kids will love the captain’s chairs behind the first row. Connectivity, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto area all standard, along with six USB ports and wireless charging.
The new model features a raft of active safety and driver’s assists for peace of mind. Standard on all models is automatic emergency braking, front pedestrian braking, blind zone monitoring, lane keeping assist, and rear cross traffic alert.
Cadillac has also added their teen driver feature, which allows parents to set speed warnings, limit stereo volume, and prevent certain safety systems from being switched off. The system also provides a “report card” with details like distance driven, maximum speed, number of over speed warnings.
