a man wearing a hat: Indiana Jones Harrison Ford Only Actor? TheWrap Indiana Jones Harrison Ford Only Actor

今日双色球开奖结果 www.xnzvqg.com.cn Can you imagine an actor other than Harrison Ford playing Indiana Jones? Well, Harrison Ford isn't having it. While Ford was promoting "The Secret Life of Pets 2" on NBC's "Today" on Friday morning, Craig Melvin asked the actor who should play the swashbuckling archaeologist once he is done with the role.

"Nobody! Don't you get it? I'm Indiana Jones," said Ford. "When I'm gone, he's gone. It's easy."

Although Chris Pratt has been mentioned as a possible replacement, Ford mixed up his Chrises and added, "This is a hell of a way to tell Chris Pine this. I'm sorry, man." Check out the video below.

Disney previously announced that the fifth installment of the "Indiana Jones" franchise will be released on July 9, 2021, four days before star Harrison Ford's 79th birthday.

While "Indiana Jones 5" now has a new date locked in, Jonathan Kasdan, son of "Raiders of the Lost Ark" writer Lawrence Kasdan, was brought on by Lucasfilm to write a new draft of the script. Kasdan was also co-writer of "Solo: A Star Wars Story" with his father.

The previous draft of the "Indiana Jones" film was written by David Koepp, writer of first two "Jurassic Park" films and "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull."

"Indiana Jones 5" still has Steven Spielberg attached to direct.

Spielberg is also attached to direct a remake of the classic musical "West Side Story," which is currently in pre-production with Tony Kushner set to adapt the screenplay and casting for leads underway. Spielberg is also attached to film an adaptation of DC's "Blackhawk" for Warner Bros.
